Subscriptions

Subscriptions are the core records in Waylr. Each row should represent a recurring service you want to monitor for renewal timing, cost, or account review.

Manage records

• Use active status for subscriptions you still expect to renew.
• Pause records when a service is temporarily stopped.
• Cancel records when you no longer expect future charges.

Renewal review

Use renewal dates to decide whether to keep, cancel, pause, or update a subscription before the next billing event. When the amount changes, update the subscription details so dashboard totals stay useful.

Import support

If you have renewal emails, use Gmail Import to find candidates and reduce manual entry.
