Waylr changelog

This milestone is less about adding headline features and more about making the product feel internally consistent. The public site now reflects what Waylr actually does, and the app shell does a better job of feeling like part of the same product.

Waylr is still intentionally early. The main difference now is that the public story, the app shell, and the current workflow finally describe the same product.

Waylr's first milestone is intentionally small and useful. The release focuses on the baseline workflow needed to keep recurring subscriptions visible without turning the app into a heavy finance suite.
